  1. What are your shipping rates?
    We offer a flat shipping rate of $10 for orders shipped within the continental US. If you would like an order sent to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or to an international address please contact us at for a custom order and we will calculate shipping costs to your area accordingly. We ship via UPS Ground because we value economy but also reliability in shipping and package handling.
  2. Does my order come with tracking and/or insurance?
    Tracking comes with every order and once you receive the number, your package can be followed by visiting As to insurance, UPS is liable for loss or damage, at no extra cost, for up to $100 for each domestic package.
  3. Can I return my order?
    We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase; as such we offer a 14 calendar day window for returns. Refunds will be issued once we receive the item(s) back but only if the items are returned in their original packaging and are undamaged. Unless there was an error on our end, you are responsible for return shipping expenses. Please make sure to review your order before purchase and look over your items upon receiving as returns cannot be accepted past the 14 day mark.   4. When will my order ship out?
    We will try to get your order out as soon as possible but please note that ready-to-ship items will ship between 2-3 business days (M-F). All items are shipped via UPS Ground and a tracking number will be provided via email. Please be sure to double check that the email and shipping address provided in your PayPal account is correct before submitting your order. If the order comes back to us due to an error with the provided address, you will be responsible for the re-shipping costs, but if the error is ours we will take care of the re-shipping cost. Please note that on occasion, such as during holiday rush and large sales events, there may be a slight delay in processing time. Your business is important to us, and we make every effort to process your order as quickly as we can.
  5. Do you offer custom orders?
    At this time, we are unable to offer custom orders, however, if you wish to order a large quantity of one colorway (6 or more skeins), please email us at for cost, processing time and availability.
